1. AUTOMATIC HOT MELT ADHESIVE LINE FOR PACKAGING BOXES
Hot melt adhesive technology that replaced tape sealing contributes to the aesthetic looks of the boxes. The package becomes static, easy to unpack and eco-friendly. Such packaging preparation technology increases productivity without stopping the line and enables us to become more competitive in the world.
2. FULLY AUTOMATIC DOOR PACKAGING HOT MELT ADHESIVE LINE
The line uses a unique box folding technology. Three integrated robots fully replace manpower in the product packaging and palletisation process. The most advanced visual part position recognition system allows packaging more than 80 different types of products regardless of the order of placement of the parts.
3. VISUAL QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEMS
Various integrated part inspection and control systems are used for the assurance of the quality of the surface, edging and holes of the parts. These visual inspection and control systems are also used for the determination of the position of the part, the type of wood veneer and in other technological areas.
